Bio: Amanda Laucher is a software developer/architect focusing on Microsoft technologies. She is currently based in Columbus, OH and working with The Sophic Group.
James Bender
Bio: James has been involved in software development and architecture for 13 years. He has worked as a developer and architect on everything from small, single user applications to Enterprise scale multi-user systems. James usually tries to think of something clever to put at the end of his bio, but thus far has been unsuccessful. Oh well, maybe next year.
Chris Woodruff
Bio: Chris Woodruff is an Architect in the West Michigan Practice group at NuSoft Solutions. His work involves integrating new technologies, assisting development teams with architecture designs, and helping with development standards. Chris is the VP of the West Michigan .NET User Group and also is an Advisory Council Member at Capella University for the External Information Technology Advisory Council. Chris is the founder and coordinator of the Day of .NET West Michigan and also helps with other Day of .NET events in Michigan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at Michigan State University. In his spare time, Chris coaches his sons sporting teams and plays poker.
Michael Wood
Bio: Michael Wood is a Senior Consultant for Strategic Data Systems in Centerville, OH, but lives across the river in Kentucky. He has been working in .Net since pre-Beta 2 back in 2001. He has contributed to the 'Visual Studio Hacks' book from O'Reilly and has recently started publishing a series of blog posts called the .Net Nugget. Michael is a Founding Director and current leader for the Cincinnati .Net User Group and Cincinnati Software Architecture SIG.
Ryan Montgomery

Bio: Ryan Montgomery is a Senior .NET Applications Developer at Rapidparts Inc. an associated company of Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts of America. Previously a consultant at NuSoft Solutions now RCM Technologies, Ryan has worked with ASP.NET for the majority of his career developing a range of web applications including everything from custom eCommerce sites to SharePoint Portals.
Philip Japikse
Bio: A Principal Consultant with Pinnacle Solutions, Inc, in Cincinnati, OH, Phil is an active .Net Application Architect, Developer, and Trainer, currently architecting Commerce Server 2007/BizTalk solutions for a Fortune 50 company. Certified as an MCSD, MCSD.Net, and MCDBA, Phil has been working with .Net since the onset. Phil also works with large organizations to get their development teams more agile focused while still playing in the waterfall sandbox.
Carey Payette
Bio: Carey Payette is a Senior Software Developer at American Electric Power. She is a graduate of Laurentian University in Computer Science. She has been a developer on the Microsoft .NET Platform since 2002 and is president of the Central Ohio .Net Developers Group (CONDG.org). Her skillsets include the .NET framework (mainly C#), Java (JEE), PHP and more recently has been dabbling in Dynamic languages like (Iron)Ruby. While not reading twitter messages, Carey enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young boys.

Bio: Michael Eaton is an independent consultant who lives in southern Michigan. Since 1994, Mike has been designing and implementing high quality, robust solutions using Microsoft technologies including .NET and SQL Server. When not working on projects or spending time with his family, he enjoys blogging, playing World of Warcraft and hanging out in twitter.

Jason Follas
Bio: Jason Follas is a Microsoft MVP (SQL Server) and President of the Northwest Ohio .NET User Group in Toledo, Ohio. He is a Technical Architect for Perficient, serving clients in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Over the course of the past 15 years, Jason has worked on a wide assortment of projects for various industries, including an Aircraft Weight and Balance system, several e-Commerce websites, Risk Management systems, and blend optimization software. During off-hours, he enjoys playing World of Warcraft, riding his motorcycle, and playing the guitar.
Joe Kunk
Bio: Joe Kunk is currently President of the Greater Lansing User Group for .Net (GLUGnet) with monthly meeting locations in both East Lansing and Flint, co-founder and CTO of Listen IT Solutions (a mortgage software company), a board member of the Lansing IT Networking Council (LINC), a Senior Consultant at A. J. Boggs, Inc., and a great supporter of the .Net community. Joe has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and wrote his first for-hire application on the Commodore Pet.

Bio: Len Smith is a Senior Architect for X BY 2 in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and has been developing software on top of Microsoft technologies for the past nine years.
Sam Nasr
Bio: Sam Nasr has been a software developer for nearly 13 years, focusing mostly on .Net Technologies. Having achieved multiple certifications from Microsoft (MCAD, MCTS(MOSS), and MCT), Sam loves to stay current on the latest and greatest from Microsoft. When not learning about Microsoft technologies, Sam can be found speaking at the Cleveland C#/VB.Net User Group, where he has been the group leader since July 2003.

Bio: Patrick Steele is a senior software consultant with SRT Solutions in Ann Arbor Michigan. His rich experience includes positions ranging from senior software developer and lead software architect to network and user support. A recognized expert in Microsoft’s .NET framework, Patrick is a Microsoft .NET MVP award winner and is a frequent presenter on .Net at various conferences and user group meetings. He is currently the vice president of the Great Lakes Area .NET Users Group and serves on the marketing team of the International .NET Association of North America.

He has been developing web applications since the days of Netscape 3.x, and has extensive knowledge in DHTML, CSS, Javascript, Internet Explorer's DOM, and IE's Vector Markup Language(VML).
Jennifer Marsman
Bio: Jennifer Marsman is a Developer Evangelist in Microsoft’s Developer and Platform Evangelism group, where she educates developers on Microsoft’s new technologies. Prior to becoming a Developer Evangelist, Jennifer was a software developer in Microsoft’s Natural Interactive Services division. In this role, she filed two patents for her work in search and data mining algorithms. Jennifer has also held positions with Ford Motor Company, National Instruments, and Soar Technology. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Her graduate work specialized in artificial intelligence and computational theory.

Jay R. Wren
Bio: Jay R. Wren has been writing custom software solutions for integrating Windows and Unix for over seven years. His blend of traditional system administration and custom software solutions has allowed numerous enterprises to transcend platform dependence. Keith Elder
Bio: Keith Elder is a Team Leader / Sr. Software Engineer for Quicken Loans, the nation's largest online mortgage lender based in Livonia, MI. At Quicken Loans he is the team leader, lead developer and architect for a custom built in-house Smart Client CRM (client relationship management) application. He is an experienced technologist, systems administrator, software engineer, all around geek and in a past life a Unix command line junkie. He is also an educator who has logged thousands of hours in front of the classroom teaching students of varying ages from the 6th grade to the college level. He has also trained countless developers from various business sectors ranging from top auto manufactures, fortune 500 companies and Universities. Keith's technical expertise combined with his outgoing common sense friendly southern attitude allows him to explain technical information so even your grandmother can understand it. He is also the leader of the internal Quicken Loans .Net User Group where upwards of 100 team members get together. As a Microsoft MVP he speaks throughout the South and Midwestern parts of the United States at various Code Camps, .Net User Groups, technical conferences and schools. Prior to joining Microsoft in October 2006, Josh was a consultant working with a variety of clients ranging from large Fortune 500 firms to smaller sized companies. Josh is a frequent speaker and lead panelist at national and international software development conferences focusing on emerging technologies, software design and development with an emphasis on mobility and RIA (Rich Internet Applications). Dan Rigsby
Bio: Dan Rigsby is a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer for Interactive Intelligence in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has been with Interactive Intelligence since March of 2000. Dan has been an avid .Net developer since late 2001 starting with ASP.Net, but today concentrates on sever side plumbing (Wcf), application architecture, and windows smart client applications. He has also been known to dabble heavily in xml, xslt, databases (his Master Degree focus), and other “buzzword” technologies.
